How to Request Access to Records

To request access to records:

1. Complete the PAIA Request Form (Form 2) available from the Information Regulator.

2. Submit by email to the Information Officer listed above.

3. A prescribed fee may apply.

Grounds for Refusal

Requests may be refused if records are protected or if access would compromise another person’s privacy or business confidentiality.
